Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE)
Identifying and eliminating illicit discharges is a critical component of municipal stormwater management. Our field team inspects outfalls to help detect potential illicit discharges and document structural integrity for MS4 permit compliance. These on-the-ground assessments provide municipalities the information needed to investigate problems and take proper action to reduce pollutants entering local waterways.
Stormwater BMP Inspections
Stormwater best management practices (BMPs) require regular inspection and maintenance to function effectively. Our team evaluates the condition of BMPs and provides documentation to support compliance efforts. We inspect a wide range of BMPs, including detention basins, infiltration systems, rain gardens, bioswales and permeable pavement. These inspections help protect investments in stormwater management.
