Student Research Poster Application

Note: Students attend CRCL for free, whether poster is selected or not. Please email kaleta@swwtwater.org to receive student registration code.
Student researchers are invited to showcase their work at Sweet Water’s upcoming Clean Rivers, Clean Lake (CRCL) Conference. This annual conference brings together regional water professionals, please visit our webpage to review previous years’ audience to determine if your research is applicable.
Participants are encouraged to attend sessions, network, and take part in all conference activities. During the dedicated networking period, researchers are encouraged—but not required—to stand by their posters for conversation. We understand schedules may vary, so you may come and go as needed.

Poster Logistics
Poster Size: Dimensions: 44″ x 36″
Materials Provided: Easel, poster board backing, and binder clips for attaching posters
Printing: Applicants are responsible for printing their own posters.
Set-Up and Expectations
Poster Set-Up:
Set-up the day before (Feb 9): Time TBD
Set-up the morning of (Feb 10): Time TBD
Networking Session: Students are encouraged—but not required—to stand by their posters during the dedicated networking time for discussion.
