Approximate Timeline:
November 12, 2025 - Submission deadline
November 21, 2025 - Sweet Water contacts chosen presenters
December 5, 2025 - Deadline for all speakers to confirm participation
Due to the high volume of submissions for CRCL 2025, we will be prioritizing the following topics for CRCL 2026 presentations:
Leveraging relationships and collaborations with non-profits, schools, colleges, and the public sector
Presentations including municipal and county staff
Flooding
Large water users (industrial, data centers, etc.)
Stormwater regulations, guidance, and policy updates
Best Management Practices (BMPs): BMP Maintenance, Long Term Maintenance Agreements (LTMAs), Green Infrastructure (GI)
Additional topics:
Municipal efforts and collaboration to improve and manage water
Chlorides
Wetland and natural solutions for stormwater management
Financing stormwater infrastructure in communities
Research studies, pilot projects, case studies, etc. related to water issues
Healthy soils and/or nutrient loading
Additional Information:
All presenters will need to register before January 1, 2026. There is a discounted presenter rate of $100. A discount code will be provided when presenters are confirmed.
In addition to prioritizing the 2026 topics listed above, preference will be given to those who are open to multiple formats and durations (see form below).
