Application Deadline is November 1, 2017 (11:59pm)

Please read the Sweet Water Mini-Grant Program Request for Proposals (RFP) thoroughly for the information needed to complete the Application Form and a Project Description of three pages or less.

The Evaluation Form that will be used by the Sweet Water judging panel is available – click here.  It is highly encouraged to use the Evaluation Form as a tool to gear project design and implementation to the criteria listed on the Form.

Steps prior to accessing the online Application Form (see details in RFP)

1)  Prepare a three page or less (not including required budget page) Project Description available for upload to the online Application Form.  Be sure to answer each of the questions from the RFP (above) for the Project Description document.

2)  Prepare a 100-word, clear and comprehensible summary of your project including project outcomes. 

3)  Complete the required Budget Template (above) to upload to the Application Form.
